Dr. David Méndez Noble is in charge of the Cornea, Refractive Surgery and Anterior Segment at Méndez Lasik Institute in Mexicali, Baja California. He attended Instituto de Oftalmología Fundación Conde de la Valenciana for his two subspecialties (Cornea, external diseases and Refractive Surgery; and Anterior Segment).

Dr. David usually receives high grades and awards for his presentations and updates to national and international institutions and associations. Since 1997 he has been spokesman in forums in México and foreign countries about cataracts, phaco (phacoemulsification), extracapsular extraction, LASIK, keratomy, keratoplasty, and other eye diseases. He is also member of different national and international associations.
